Proposed System

The researcher of the proposed system entitled Guest Management Application aimed to provide a platform wherein management of the clientele is much easier. Through this system all necessary information of the guest will be easily manage. Information such as personal and contact information, expenses, emails etc. This will lessen the work of the receptionist for information of the guest is already stored. It is also easy to create new guest as well as edit information of regular customer in the system.

The proposed system will made an improvement to the manual system; this system will save time and reduce effort in managing information of the guest. Also using this system will improve the guest experience for operations will be handled smoothly.

System Implementation

The proposed Guest Management Application designed for the end users. The researcher provides some questionnaires to answer clarifications regarding the functionality of the system and difficulties that might be encountered while operating the system. The system was made for the convenient of the both parties.  It makes easy for them to access information they’ve wanted relevant to the guest’s information since this system is advanced. This system will provide convenience for both parties.

Objectives of the Study

  3. To provide a system that is comfortable, friendly and easy to use for a better guest
  4. To provide fast, accurate and efficient way of managing guest information.

Administrators/Management. If this project will succeed, the admin will be hassle-free in managing the information of different guest. This will lessen their effort and save their time.

Customers/Guest. This system will also benefit the customers because their data will be highly organized and protected for it is in a centralized location.

Proponents. The success of this system will enable the researchers to fully understand their work.

Project Plan/ SDLC

The researchers of this project use Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). For this project, the researchers utilizes the six steps which are; determining the project requirement, gathering of data, analysing of data, system design and the coding phase.

First, the researchers determine the requirements needed for the system. The researcher will decide what hardware and software will be used in the system. After the researchers determine the project requirements, it is time for them to talk to the management office to gather information and important details needed for the system. Right after gathering information the researchers will analyse the data to determine the necessary information needed for the system. Once, the researchers have the clear and detailed product requirements, it is time to design the complete system. The system design will have the understanding and detailing the complete hardware and communication setup for the product under development. Lastly, after designing the system the coding phase will start.The coding is performed based on the coding guidelines and standards. The code goes through numerous code reviews and is optimized for best performance before the final building of the system.
