Analysis and Quick Design
In this phase, local observation, thorough investigation, researches, literature review will be done as well as seeking expert’s knowledge in order determine the processes involved in the system development, how the android-based event manager works and how to use it. Data will be gathered in this phase regarding the capacity and capability of android as a platform to be adopted, processes involved using Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) as scripting languages and back-end, android as front-end, offline availability of the system, and backward compatibility. After these data will be analyzed and improvements, revisions or enhancements will be recognized, it will be rendered to design and coding to provide an actual output and presentation of the product.
Thus, the proposed system will be developed for the students. The main purpose of this study is to help and assist the students to manage their time effectively towards various daily tasks and for them to develop and acquire effective time management skills.
Build
After designing, the prototype application will be built in this phase. The actual coding will be performed using different software development procedures and programming languages. Since the system will be an android-based, it will utilize android platform and android programming procedures which will comprise the front end. Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) as a markup language will be used in the programming procedures that will compose the back-end matters.
