The users will not anymore scan the hard copy grades one by one and evaluate manually the prospectus of a certain student. This means that the user work will become easier and faster than before. The development and implementation of this system will benefits the Department Secretary, working students and students for faster transactions.
Scope and Limitation
The project entitled Computer Based Subject Evaluation System focuses on the development of the system that will be used in evaluating, printing, displaying and retrieving grades of the students. This system is applicable to all college level institution.
The Admin can change the password for the security of the data stored in the database of the system. The system also provide guide on how to access the system for the user and the profile of the developers.
The researchers listed the different software used in the system development.
PHP (PHP: Hypertext Preprocessor) – is a server-side scripting language designed for web development but also used as a general-purpose programming language. PHP code can be simply mixed with HTML code, or it can be used in combination with various template engines and web frameworks.
