Personnel Information Management System
The project entitled Personnel Information Management System is a web based project using PHP, MySQL and Bootstrap, Visual Basic and MySQL version is also available.
The system includes the profiling of personnel, keeping track of their academic achievements, seminars attended and many more.
The said project is for the HR or human resource department which will help them in the record and archiving of their employees profile.

Software Development The researcher used the following software to develop their system such as: Hypertext Markup language (HTML5), Cascading Style Sheet (CSS), JavaScript, PHP: Hypertext Preprocessor, (SQL) Structured Query Language, SQL server, WAMPP.

JAVASCRIPT

List of Personnel Information Form – the image below shows the list of personnel stored in the system; the user can search the records by id, name and lastname. The scanned document of personal data sheet can also be uploaded in the system. Records are grouped according to the gender of the employees; it is visible in the sidebar part of the system.
Personnel Profile Encoding Form – the image below is the encoding form of the personnel information management system. The information stated by the employee in their personal data sheet is being encoded and stored in the system by the HR personnel.

Beneficiaries of the Study/Project
Human Resource Manager. The system will give a reliable security for the HR department for the information of the employee’s, and manage the information in an organized way with decision making.
Human Resource Office Personnel. The system will lessen the time work also in losing and duplication of information in implementing a computer-based system by, storing, profiling, hiring, adding, updating, reports of leave and retirement.
Employee. The system will give information for the records of each employee’s to have a promotion and take leave or retirement.
Recommendation
The folder and cabinet method of record keeping is still part of the archiving process, but this method is very difficult for the updating of records, thus the implementation of information system for personnel information management is strongly recommended.
