Significance of the Study
The main purpose of this study is to offer a detailed, reliable and secured keeping of the faculty/teacher records which includes their personal record, list of trainings and seminars and other relevant information that will be included in their personal data sheet. The development of the profiling system hoped to improve the manner of managing and record keeping. This will be a big help not only to the teachers but also to the HR office who is responsible for collecting and archiving the said information and records.
The following are benefited by the study:
Human Resource Department and personnel. Provide them an easy and secured way of managing teachers’ profile. It further gives them real time update of the records.
Teachers. Keep their confidential record secured and safe and it will also provide them with the real time update.
Scope and Limitation
The study focused on the development of profiling system of teachers and employees. It involves the process on the way of managing and record keeping of the teachers’ confidential information.
The developed system covers the personal data and confidential records of the teachers and employees, such as the list of trainings and seminar and as well as history of employment, award received and information required in the personal data sheet form. The human resource department is the one who will be encoding the said records and are allowed to use and access the system.
The project is a LAN-Based system that is capable of running in the local area network using two or more computers.
