The system performs tracking of employee’s hours, calculating wages, withholding taxes and other deductions, printing and delivering checks, and paying employment taxes to the government. The records in this module will allow the HR department to view how well employees perform. Thus, it helps in making assessments so the organization can cut labor costs wherever possible.
