The employee’s information may include biographical data, education, date of hire, position held with company, salary history, performance ratings, training, prior work experience, career interests/objectives, honors and awards, licenses and certifications, payroll information, attendance data, tax deduction information, pension contributions, and turnover. All employee’s information is stored in an electronic database. The profile information of the employees is made available for employees to update in case of changes. The said system will allow the organization’s HR department to manage employees’ information efficiently.
Service Records allow the HR professionals to manage the list of accomplishments, work records, seminars, and workshops accomplished by the employees and the HR department as a whole. This subsystem will feed the Organization’s HR department with information that is critical in maintaining and improving the overall experience and benefits of the employees. The HR manager will be able to track the activities and accomplishments of every employee. The recorded data and information will serve as a future reference to design programs and activities for the organization’s employees.
