Loan Application and Information Management System in PHP and MySQL
Most micro lending and micro finance association for small business uses manual processing of loan application and other relevant information. Record of transactions such as loan application, loan request, payment of members, etc. are time consuming and inconvenient.
To improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their business process, we recommend converting their manual process of transaction into automated one; this is where the Loan Application and Information Management System will enter the story.
Purpose (Proposed Solution)
The purpose of this project is to develop a web based loan application system that will enhance the productivity of their workflow and as well as to help organize their files and records properly.
The proposed project will be beneficial to the following:
Management of the business. The system will provide them much organize compilation of transactions; information retrieval will be much faster compare to the traditional one.
Clientele. The system will provide them more accurate and reliable information in a convenient manner. Up to date records of transaction is another benefit that the customer will enjoy.

Scope and Limitation
The system will be developed using PHP and MySQL but the implementation of the project will not be online. Beta Test will be conducted in their local network.
The target time frame will be at least 4 to 6 months.
