The manual approach will result in a stack of documents, complicating the retrieval process. It will also include the staff’s work in responding to requests and needs from the school’s stakeholders. The need for schools to upgrade their course administration systems has become even more important.

In response to the previously described concerns, the study’s researchers advised developing the Course Management System in Java. The proposed project is intended to automate course management, which would considerably increase the school’s operational efficiency in terms of managing courses in an organized manner. The system will improve the recording and management of student and staff records, as well as school courses. The project streamlines and unifies course management on a single platform and saves records in a single database. It will reduce paperwork and manual labor on the part of school staff. The technology will improve the school’s operational efficiency and the overall stakeholder experience.
