The capstone project, entitled Multi Branch e-commerce Store Product Delivery Management System is designed as a centralized platform wherein various branches of an e-commerce store can manage the delivery of their products. It is responsible for maintaining all records and tracking each delivery of products from their point of origin to their final destination. The process of delivering products from one location to another is the basic definition of delivery management. This project’s purpose is to trace all products from point of origin to point of destination. The current project fills up the gaps left by the previous one. The system will be developed using the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method. The researchers will collect a sample size of participating stores, owners, staff, customers, and other end-users to test and validate the system. IT specialists will evaluate the system to make changes. The researchers will fine-tune the technique based on expert feedback.
