Barangay Blotter and Clearance System
The project entitled Barangay Blotter and Clearance System is a stand-alone/lan-based system that can be installed on a single computer or can be installed and setup on a local area network. The main function of this system is to manage the records of the barangay; specifically it is intended to archive the records of the residents, blotter, and barangay clearances.
Login Form – the purpose of the login form is to secure the system and records from an authorized access or user. The persons that can access the records are the officials of the barangay; they need to enter the correct combination of username and password.
Ongoing Settlement – the lists stored in this module are from the blotter records which are not yet settled.
System Settings – this module allows the administrator to set the name of the barangay, the current barangay captain, and the different zones or puroks.
User Accounts – the lists of users who are allowed to access the system are encoded in this module of the project.
Resident Information – personal information and important details of the resident must be encoded and recorded in this module for proper compilation and record keeping.
Blotter Records – It refers to a book that records arrests and other facts and events in a police station, on a daily basis. Arrests are recorded in a police blotter as they occur; this definition was taken from (https://definitions.uslegal.com/p/police-blotter/). This module records the different complaints of the residents in the barangay.
Community Tax Certificate – this is also known as the “cedula”, this module keeps the records of all the residents who processed a cedula. The user can add and update the said records.
Certificate of Residency – this module will allow the user to add and update a record of residency.
Certificate of Indigency – this module will allow the user to add and update a record of indigency.
Barangay Clearance – – this module will allow the user to add and update a record of barangay clearance.
Cedula Report – the image below is the module that will allow the user to print the lists of cedula records and to print a specific list based on the query of the user.
Residency Report – the image below is the module that will allow the user to print the lists of residency reports and to print a specific list based on the query of the user.
Indigency Monthly Report – the image below is the module that will allow the user to print the lists of indigency reports and to print a specific list based on the query of the user.
Barangay Clearance Monthly Report – the image below is the module that will allow the user to print the lists of barangay clearance reports and to print a specific list based on the query of the user.
Blotter Record Report – the image below is the module that will allow the user to print the lists of blotter reports and to print a specific list based on the query of the user.
User Log Daily Report – this module is the part of the system that records the login time and logout time of the user.
