Organization/company: sending payrolls and monitoring employee records, paying tracking with those records This system is responsible for completely demolishment because it is the only system capable of completing the task. This method enables a company to maximize profits while minimizing the amount of manpower and additional equipment needed to compute pay. They can already handle a horrendous chore in terms of providing payrolls to employees using this project.
Accountant/Payroll system administrator: they will be able to retrieve and update employee records more quickly as a result of this. This will help them to give better service, more easily update their records, and keep track of their employees’ performance.
Employees: because the system is secure, they may have faith in each of their data; they won’t have to worry about calculating their income or other accounting or financial benefits because the system is designed to be more precise and efficient.
Researchers: As a result of the inquiry, they will have a greater understanding and knowledge of the project.
