Computers progressed from a wild, imaginative idea to the world’s most significant instrument. Computers are increasingly used to replace manual tasks as well as older inventions such as the radio and television. People now use technology to make things much simpler, easier, and faster. Some did it as a hobby, while others did it as a source of revenue. Over the years, technology has advanced at a dizzying pace. Its most recent inventions aid in addressing people’s more complex questions. People use technology for a variety of reasons, one of which is to use computers. Some people use it to conduct transactions, while others use it for education and data storage. In this scenario, researchers use this platform to develop a way for them to contribute to a firm. They integrate the capstone project titled “POS, CRM, and Inventory Manager Using Laravel with TailwindCSS” as an application form so that it is convenient and easy to access. Users can automate whatever technology they have so that they can use the site at their leisure. The researchers will create the “Ecommerce App using WooCommerce with flutter” using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) technique. The SDLC approach consists of several stages that lead to the production of software, such as identifying project requirements, data collection and analysis, designing, and coding.
Introduction of the Study
The capstone project, “POS, CRM, and Inventory Manager Using Laravel and TailwindCSS,” is an application-based manager that handles business operations such as point-of-sale systems, customer relationship management, and inventory operations. This program will feature three different large operations in one tool, with the capacity to cater to all corporate operations needs on a single platform. This platform will help organizations to automate sales operations, track sales, and manage client relationships more effectively and efficiently. This technological solution will improve inventory management as well as business operations in a company where data are held on an application-based platform. Researchers compare the three procedures in a single tool and even create an application so that users can freely access the system using any technology they have available. Researchers make it easier to perform, automate, and manage the three major processes of a corporation.
Previously, researchers had no concept of where these three business operations would be executed as one in a single platform. Many people attempted to provide technical solutions for these three business executions within the constraints of a single automation per system. Users, particularly companies and business owners, will find it costly because they must purchase every system that performs these three processes. Better not be handy as well because just a restricted platform or technology will be utilized to access the system, but this time researchers devised a better solution in which all three business operations will be performed in a single setting.
As a solution to the aforementioned problem, this project intends to provide a system that aids in inventory management, customer relationship management, and point of sale systems in businesses and companies. After encountering several challenges with the manual mode of transaction, this capstone project was created to complement the system implementation. The application can help organizations manage their inventory by making it easier to save and manage the data they need for future use, as well as making file retrieval easier than the manual technique. The program can help the business POS by allowing for faster and easier transactions, notably payment interactions between customers and business workers. Customers will pay for goods or services electronically, and the system will offer an electronic receipt of the purchases. The application also works with client relations, allowing them to track customer satisfaction and comments. The application in question will give firms more flexibility, control, and knowledge over their business processes and transactions.
Objectives of the Study
General Objective– The researchers’ major goal is to design, develop, and deploy an application based on POS, CRM, and inventory manager that will automate and deal with all of the business operations of these three aspects.
The researchers specifically aim the following objectives:
- To create an application that will enable faster and smoother commercial transactions involving these three operations.
- To conveniently generate reports on the business’s transactions that have been processed and completed.
- To provide a consolidated platform where all of the provider operations are stacked in one place and easily accessible.
- To develop a system that facilitates file saving and management while simultaneously delivering optimal file structure and storage.
- To provide a simple, user-friendly, effective, convenient, and efficient platform for POS, CRM, and inventory management.
Scope of the Study
The primary goal of this research is to create an application that manages POS, CRM, and inventory, making all corporate activities easier. This system is intended for business users who need to keep track of their commodities and products. They will surely gain from this technology because it simplifies the process and makes transactions more effective, efficient, and error-free. The system is only available to enterprises that provide goods and services to customers. The survey will include a sample size of business workers and customers as responders.
Significance of the Study
The success of the study is significant to the following individuals or groups.
Company or businesses: System implementation is crucial for managing these three company functions. The aforementioned initiative will boost business productivity and efficiency, as well as customer experience and happiness. By completing this project, they will make it easier and more efficient. The system has removed the difficulty as well as the data inconsistency, and the inaccuracies will no longer be a burden.
Customers: If the project is successful, they will be able to purchase products or services quickly and easily without putting in too much time or effort.
Researchers: They will have a better insight and knowledge of the project as a consequence of the investigation.
Future Researchers: This study will aid future researchers by serving as a reference or guide for their research.
“POS, CRM and Inventory Manager using Laravel and TailwindCSS” is a capstone project that handles business operations such as point-of-sale systems, customer relationship management, and inventory operations.
This post will provide you with an idea of the forms and modules that should be included in a POS, CRM, and Inventory Manager using Laravel and TailwindCSS.
The project documentation is available upon request (chapters 1 to 5). Please contact us if you require the whole project documents.
The POS, CRM, and Inventory Manager using Laravel and TailwindCSS is a program that will feature three different large operations in one tool, with the capacity to cater to all corporate operations needs on a single platform. This platform will help organizations to automate sales operations, track sales, and manage client relationships more effectively and efficiently.
Listed below are the advantages of the system:
- Automated Transactions- transactions and business operations will be done electronically.
- Records Management – it is a database system that makes the records of transactions electronic, safe, accurate, reliable, and fast.
- Report Generation – the system automatically generates and provides real-time reports about the completed transactions in the system.
How the System Works
This section of the study will explain the forms, modules, and user interface of POS, CRM and Inventory Manager using Laravel and TailwindCSS. The researchers will introduce the features and how the system works.
Dashboard – this dashboard serves as the main page of the system administrator. The dashboard displays major records of the system.
The dashboard display the following information:
- Total Sales
- Incomplete Orders
- Wasted Goods
Shown below is the design of the system’s dashboard.
Login Form – this form will be used to access the system. The end-users of the system will input the correct combination of their username and password to login and access the system.
The image shown below is the design of the system’s login form.
Sales Report Page – this page displays the sales report of the business. The report is presented using a table displaying the orders, discounts, taxes and total amount.

Based on the data presented, the system is undeniably profitable and beneficial to business firms and business owners in terms of monitoring and controlling inventory transactions, tracking sales, and managing client interactions in a business. According to the study’s findings, using an application-based that manages POS, CRM, and inventory will give an efficient way of processing all critical information and keeping track of records, particularly monitoring them. By deploying the platform, all of the deficiencies in the previous approach will be addressed, and an electronic way will be implemented, making monitoring operations more efficient and effective. The study’s findings revealed that the designed system met the demands and requirements of the respondents and intended users.
As a result, the researchers determined that the built platform is an excellent commercial tool. Businesses will benefit from increased flexibility, control, and insight over their business operations and transactions as a result of the application. The aforementioned initiative will boost business productivity and efficiency, as well as customer experience and happiness.
The researchers highly recommend the implementation of the POS, CRM, and Inventory Manager using Laravel and TailwindCSS. The produced application is suggested because of the efficiency and dependability it may provide to the intended consumers. The platform’s installation will automate and simplify interactions between buyers and merchants. The researchers also emphasize the need of having a sufficient understanding of how to correctly run the device.
- Following various challenges with the manual transaction methodology, it is recommended to deploy and use the system to avoid the errors and inconsistencies produced by the old method of producing inventory, POS, and CRM.
- The researchers strongly urge that businesses consider implementing and utilizing this type of system because it was created just for them and will aid in the development of their company transition, particularly their inventory process.
