The data gathered will be analyzed by the researchers and used to construct and develop the system. The system will be presented to the end-user for review and testing.

The impounding officer can electronically generate reports about the impounded vehicle, its status, and where yard it is stored. As for the owner of the vehicle, they can easily track where their car is being held and can easily inquire what requirements are needed and the fees for the release of their vehicle.
The system is highly recommended for it will make vehicle impoundment-related transactions easy, fast, and convenient. The system will improve the operation of the impounding yards as well as the experience of the vehicle owners.

The existing system of managing impounded vehicles is not efficient and costly.
