Features of School Management System

The system is divided into 4 modules namely: Administrative Module, Cashier and Enrollment Module, Student Information Module and Registrar Module.

Administrative Module

Manage Class Sections – (section name, year level, class name, minimum average, max average, number students allowed)

Manage Year Level – (year level name, description)

Manage School Year

Manage Subjects – (subject name, subject code, description, year level)

Manage Teachers Information – (first name, middle name, last name, address, contact)

Manage Class Advisory – (school year, teacher, year level, class name)

Manage Registrar Staff Information – (first name, middle name, last name, address, contact, username, password)

Manage Cashier Staff Information – (first name, middle name, last name, address, contact, username, password)

Manage Teachers Subject – (school year, class, subjects)

Registrar Module

Manage Student Information – (name, address, contact, parents information)

Encoding of Grades – (school year, teacher, class, subject, student name, 1^st grading grade, 2^nd grading grade, 3^rd grading grade, 4^th grading grade, average, remarks)

Manage Student Credentials – (student, credential info)
