Creating blog post
In this lesson we are going to learn how to enable and start creating blog post in Drupal.
How to enable the blog module:
1. Login to your Drupal site using the administrator account.
2. Click Modules in the toolbar to go to the Module administration page.
3. Check the Blog module.
4. Click the Save configuration button.
Creating Blog post:
1. Login to your Drupal site using the administrator account.
2. Click Content in the toolbar to go to the Content administration page.
3. Click the Add content link.
4. Click the Blog Entry link.
5. Fill in the fields:
- Title: Title of the content.
- Body: The body of your content. It contains the message of the content.
- Text format: Select the text format you want to use for your content.
Change other options as desired. There are 6 categories:
- Menu settings
- Revision Information
- URL path settings
- Comment settings
- Authoring Information
- Publishing options.
6. Click Save button to save the content, click Preview to Preview your work.
