To take benefit of what technology has to offer, people must adapt to the rapid changes brought on by technology. People in today’s world rely on technology for the majority of their work to achieve. Job seekers traditionally look for job openings and vacancies on their own or through agencies, which takes important time and effort. Employers would also find it difficult to post job opening updates and accommodate job candidates without a centralized platform. This way of job hunting and employment became obsolete as technology advanced. Inline with this, the researchers aimed to develop a Finding Job System with Algorithm Search Job using PHP that will digitally transform job seeking and employment systems. The said project will streamline and simplify the entire job application and hiring process. Both job searchers and companies will find the web platform to be simple and convenient to use. The smartphone and online application efficiently digitized employment queries. The researchers will design and develop the project using the PHP framework. They will also follow the step-by-step process in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) technique to ensure the complete and smooth functionality of the system. The target users of the system are job seekers and employers.

  2. To provide accurate and up-to-date information about job vacancies and openings.
  3. To let employers electronically advertise job vacancies.
  4. To eliminate the need for an in-person job application.
  5. To assess the application in terms of user acceptability, efficacy, quality, productivity, and reliability.

Scope of the Study
