Cashiering System with Student Payment and Queuing Module

The Cashiering System with Student Payment and Queuing Module is intended for kinder, elementary and high school students. The said project focuses on the assessment of payment, monitoring of student balances and queuing module.

The Cashiering System with Student Payment and Queuing Module has three types of users; administrator, cashier and student. The administrator has the full access to the system while the cashier can only access the cashiering or assessment module and the student can only login to their account and view their payment history and remaining balance.

The following are the specific features of the Cashiering System with Student Payment and Queuing Module:

Student Information – the student information module will allow the user to encode and record the information of students such as the name, address, contact, school year and category (kinder, elementary and high school)

Cashier Information – the administrator can add cashier information to the system, information includes the name, address, contact and the cashier id which serves as the username and password in order to access the system.

Kinder Level Setup – the system is flexible that the user can setup the kinder level. Example, the user can add kinder 1, kinder 2 and so on, which means that this module is dynamic and flexible.

Elementary Level Setup - the system is flexible that the user can setup the elementary level. Example, the user can add grade 1, grade 2 and so on, which means that this module is dynamic and flexible.

High School Level Setup - the system is flexible that the user can setup the elementary level. Example, the user can add first year, second year and so on, which means that this module is dynamic and flexible.

Assessment Module for every level (kinder, elementary and high school) – the administrator can add fees and payment for each and every level.

Student Assessment – based on the setup on the assessment module, this module is responsible for giving out the student assessment or the list of fees for every level.

Student Balance Monitoring and Inquiry – this module can be accessed by the student through its student id number; this will provide the payment history and balance of students.

Student Balance Report for every level (kinder, elementary and high school) – this module will provide the list of students with their balances.

Queuing Module - digital-based queuing solution operates on a different level than simple crowd management tools. They provide customers with a sense of agency, as they sign themselves up for services using self-service kiosks — interactive terminals placed at points of high foot traffic.
